Every part of this event was planned on purpose. The photos should be too. We bring in 18 years of knowing exactly where to stand, when to shoot, and how to make sure nothing gets missed.

You've got leadership in the room, a schedule to keep, and no room for a photographer who needs direction. We have covered Vancouver corporate events ranging from conferences, galas, award nights, product launches, so we know how a room like yours moves. We show up, read the event, get the shots that matter without getting in the way. You get real moments, not stiff posed shots, delivered fast enough to still feel relevant while the event is fresh.

Long lines and awkward waits are the fastest way to make a headshot booth feel like a chore. Our setup moves 25 to 30 people through per hour, with lighting dialed in ahead of time so there's no fussing once the line starts. Photos get retouched on the spot and lands in their inbox before they're even back in the main room. That "wait, it's already done?" reaction is what people remember, and what they tell everyone else in line about.

...The highlight for me was his instant headshot service. It’s such a unique setup... You take your photo, and literally within seconds of finishing, a touched-up, professional headshot is sent straight to your phone. It’s perfect for busy events where people want a high-quality photo they can actually use right away.
Terence also handled the general event photography, and the quality was top-notch. He made the delivery process so easy for the guests. He provided a registration link for attendees. Once they signed up, they got a personal link to view and download their photos...

...Terence helped us shoot a large evening event where there was constant movement, networking, etc. He was great at capturing specific moments, and grabbing assets that we'll be able to use for our marketing and website going forward.
All his coordination, systems, payment, editing, download, etc. are great and easy to use. We have been at other events with his photography as well for headshots and that was also awesome. If you have an event or a group of people who need their headshots updated, definitely reach out...

...I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. From start to finish, the professionalism, organization, and ease of working with the team were exceptional.
What impressed me most was the efficiency and quality delivered under tight timelines. In just 30 minutes, executive headshots were completed for 8 individuals, and within another 45 minutes, they captured stunning couple and group photos that exceeded expectations. The entire process felt seamless, relaxed, and incredibly well managed...

How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Popular months fill up fast, especially fall and spring conference season. If your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway, we will do what we can.
Do you travel outside Vancouver?
Yes. We've covered events across the Lower Mainland and beyond. Travel may be added to your quote depending on location.
How many photos will we get, and how are they delivered?
You'll get a curated, edited gallery delivered through a private online link. No limits on quantity, we deliver what tells the story of your event well.
What if the event runs long or the schedule changes last minute?
We stay flexible. Events rarely run exactly on schedule, and we plan for that. If something changes big time, just give us a heads up.
Do you shoot indoors and outdoors, or in low light venues?
Both. 18 years covering Vancouver venues means we've already seen most of the lighting challenges you're dealing with.
